Cooking has always been a big passion of mine. Growing up, my family and I would spend a lot of time in the kitchen together. Whether my Italian dad wanted to make spaghetti for the billionth time or my creative mom had whipped up a new dish, I always enjoyed being in the kitchen. Transitioning to college was a hard adjustment, but I discovered a stronger love for cooking. It’s been fun to create my own dishes, experiment with new recipes, and even teach some of my roommates how to cook. After a busy day, the kitchen becomes a great outlet for me to relax, listen to music, and create some yummy meals. 

Film and movies are another big passion of mine. I enjoy watching anything from cheesy reality TV shows to psychological thriller films. I love hearing other people’s stories, real or not. I would love to work in the film industry in the future, possibly being a publicist or working behind the scenes.

As a public relations student with a cinema studies minor, I think it’s interesting to explore people’s relationships with each other and their audiences. I believe that both food and film can bring people together in such a unique way and I’d love to see how those two topics overlap. I look forward to putting a public relations perspective on the culinary industry and hope this blog can be a place to learn, entertain, and enjoy. Hope to see you back here soon!
